Description
Shipping times for delivery are based on typical courier estimates and therefore, we are unable to guarantee shipping times and exact date of delivery. Receipt of your package depends on several factors, including the destination address, processing time for shipment, and delivery option chosen. |
Solution
After an order has been placed, the order is sent for processing and preparation and usually ships within 1-2 days. We calculate total delivery estimate times by taking the estimated shipping days and adding the processing time.
 For example, if you order an item and select standard U.S. ground shipping (which typically takes 4-6 business days), you can use the chart above to determine that your order should arrive 5-8 business days after you place it.
Will I get my order the next day if I choose 1-2 day shipping? Selecting the 1-2 Business Day shipping option does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for shipping. As mentioned above, please note the additional processing time to prepare the package for shipment.
How much does shipping cost? Depending what product you choose to purchase, shipping costs and shipping times may vary. Please see the shipping option link found on the main product page to determine the shipping cost.
How do I enter my shipping information? The product you are ordering will be shipped to you directly, at the address you specify. The package will be delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS) or Courier (e.g. DHL) and specific conditions apply regarding:

What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order? Orders that are placed on the E-academy storefront and shipped via a trackable method (such as DHL) will have tracking information available in the 'My Software' section of your account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:
- If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or other household members. If the courier determines it is safe, the package may be left at your front door or around that vicinity, with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe.
- If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
- If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please contact e-academy Support.
