Description

After ordering a product, I'm unable to find the installation key that was provided during my order. Where can I find this?

Solution

For software 'downloads' that require a product key, serial number, activation code, or authorization code for installation please click the Your Account link (top of page) then view the order details for the product in question. The product's information will be displayed on the Order Details page, including serial numbers (if/when applicable).

Minitab, SPSS, JMP/SAS Products
Please Note: If you have purchased products before February 9, 2009, or if you have been issued a software license by your institution, please click here to visit the old eStore to access your order information and downloads. You will be required to login.

Microsoft Mail Order Products
Please note: if you have received a mail order product, the serial key will be located on a yellow sticker on the back of the CD sleeve or disk case (when applicable).
